The house is devided in two areas in order to give full privacy to both. The room we are renting is at the back above the garage. Is a very big room fully furbished with a king bed, table and six chairs, 5 meters closet, bathroom sofa with tea table and tv cabinet. Fully independent entrance and we provide a fridge and a storage room. Has its independent staircase. High dealings and air con with a lot of lights coming from 3 big windows.
The house is situated in a very exclusive estate on the river and around a marina. There are parks and lots of green areas around.
