Hi everyone! We're after a couple (or single) to come and live with us in our fantastic abode.

We are a couple in our late twenties - I work with drones/tech and Jess is a trained dancer/ creative.

We are right on the border of Stanmore/ Annandale. The house is a lovely large, open plan terrace with lots of plants and spaces with a nice homey feel. Lounge and kitchen are downstairs (with second toilet in laundry) plus a sweet jungle garden/ outdoor space which is great for sunny hangouts.

The main shared bathroom (with bath (and big hot water tank) is also upstairs. We have a small cat, Ivy, and some fish living here and a worm farm for our food scraps.

The area is lovely and chill and super close to train/ bus options, easy drive time to just about anywhere + ample street parking. Norton Street and Johnston street shops are also close by and Stanmore Village as well as a bottleshop are just up the road. We are also within good walking/ biking distance of White's Creek & Jewel Bay area.
