Top floor, south aspect apartment with large balcony directly across the road from the historic Collingwood Victoria Park footy field and less than a Min walk to Victoria Park train station with Multi-room Central Ducted Air Conditioning.
Main bathroom has built in laundry with Washing Machine and Dryer a very large shower (This would be your bathroom and would need to be clean). We have super fast broadband NBN FTTP and get an average 50Mbps.
Large kitchen comes with all the modern amenities such as Dishwasher and a convenient garbage chute (just outside the door for the floor).
Living room is attached to the large balcony and has a South East aspect, with 3 seater sofa and single seater chair.
We are 20 mins walk from the Smith St Fitzroy hub and you can walk to the city in 35-45 mins. The Yarra Bend opens up to plenty of running or bike tracks. There are undercover lock-up bike racks in the car park.
We have a little 2 year old rescue cat named Koshka or just Kitty, she is a low maintenance gentle and sometimes playful cat, so best you don't have allergies and like animals.

Cooper, 33. Was employed with a bank for the last 7 years but have recently left my role to go back to full time study next year for a change of career into IT and Web Development, currently doing casual work. I am a pretty big gamer. I am a proud Magpies supporter and love to follow the footy. I also love baking and cooking different meals when entertaining.
Chris, 41. Works in government, enjoys running and general gym a few days a week for fitness. I like to cook generally healthy veggie dishes, get out on weekend for walks and am an Adelaide supporter in the AFL.
