Great modern kitchen, and lounge room. Bathroom has a shower and bath, dual sinks and large mirror and separate toilet. Large deck and HUGE backyard, in a very friendly, safe neighborhood.

100/40Mbps Unlimited Fibre Internet Included as is electricity. The lawns are professionally mowed regularly so one less thing to worry about. There is a clothesline in the backyard available for you, the laundry area is shared downstairs via the rear door. There is a fridge and washing machine in the house already, but you are welcome to bring your own. The kitchen has a dishwasher.

I live downstairs, aside from using the shower and kitchen. You will essentially have upstairs between you and the other flatmate, this includes a lounge area, dining area, and large deck off kitchen /dining.

There are 4 shopping centres within 5 min drive. 2 in walking distance. Bus is about 5min walk away. There are 2 parking spots in the driveway (uncovered, but very safe neighborhood).

Singles / Couples / Parents with children welcome. I'm a parent myself and my 8 year old son spends about half of his time with me. I am looking to get people in around the end of November. The current lease runs to May and can be be renewed if need be.
