one double bedroom available for rent in an AMAZING location of black forest. the two bedroom unit is a five minute walk to the tram and a two minute walk to the train, and is surround by cafes and shops all walking distance.
the unit has a seperate bathroom, laundry kitchen and lounge which would be shared, however all these spaces are currently furnished so only furniture for the bedroom would need to be provided. there is private off street parking in a carport as well. the unit has its own private back garden and is in a quiet area. it has air conditioning in the lounge and fans in the bedroom :)
water and internet is included in the rent however electricity and gas would need to be spilt 50/50 :)
