About the occupants
Hi, I'm Dominic, I'm 32 and work in the Education and Training industry. I currently work the typical 40 hours per week in the city and an additional 20 hours per week from home. Therefore my weekdays are pretty much work, gym, cook, sleep and possibly 1-2 social activities. On the weekend I get outdoors as often as possible (hiking, beach, cycling, exploring in general) and love an active lifestyle to break up my busy working week. I also enjoy cooking and undertake a fair amount of food preparation in the kitchen. I'm easy going, friendly, happy to have a chat most the time, however, when I have a lot on my plate I appreciate my space and personal time.

Looking for an easy going person with similar interests to myself. Need someone who has a positive attitude in general and is drama-free. Must clean after themselves, respect the place and help out with general house duties from time to time. Happy to have someone social but also respects the other house mates space and privacy. Definitely not a party house. I'd prefer a professional who is working full time and will have no issues paying rent/bills.
