Beautiful, spacious home with a great yard, gardens and balcony. We're in a great location, close to the Sunshine Plaza, Ocean St, Wises Rd, fruit and veg shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, public transport, and a leisurely stroll or 3 min drive to the beach ... a popular destination here 😊 We have 2 rooms to rent in our clean and tidy furnished home, with air conditioning in the large living area upstairs, 2 bathrooms, lots of space and little hideaways.
Oh and Wednesdays are Salsa nights in the house! We have put a dance floor in the garage and have a few people that groove the night away with some sweet Latin tunes.

Hey, I'm Janine, I work in the health industry during the day, don't take life too seriously and love getting out for a jam, a Latin dance or spending time with the people closest to me.
