Ideal for a uni student, we are about 2.5km from Griffith university and about 2km from a tram stop. There is also a bus stop near by. We are on a quite street that only has houses on one side of it. Short drive to harbour town and Arundel plaza, 15 minute drive to main beach and about 10 minutes from the M1.
The bathroom will only be used by 3 of us as the other has an ensuite. There is a seperate toilet at one end of the house. We have NBN internet so there is no lag with Netflix. The 5th bedroom is used as a shared office/study.
