THIS ROOM HAS BEEN FILLED.

I have 1 room to rent in my share house in (Gold Coast, Burleigh Heads). Its an old beach house close to the GC Highway and is a stone throw away from the beach. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. The room is furnished with a bed, dresser and built in wardrobe. Wifi and utilities are excluded in the rent. Our new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. We have a huge backyard and a double garage for plenty of storage.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to sign onto the remaining lease (approx 3 months to go) and then sign on for the renewal, who is easy going, clean, tidy's up after themselves and contributes to common area cleaning.

Our housemate is moving out on the 24th of January, it would be great to sign someone on from that date.

I'm Byron and I have relocated with my work from New Zealand. I work long hours during the week and enjoy surfing when I can fit it in. I enjoy socializing with my house mates and going out every now and then.

Byron (myself) - Kiwi Civil Engineer who works 7am - 7pm Mon-Fri. Enjoys a healthy life style and surfing in the weekends
Jess - Australian Pharmacist who works Mon-Sat. Enjoys art and long walk along the beach
Ryan - Australian Architect Student who is in his final semester. Enjoys surfing and working at Miami Marketta.

We all get along and enjoy each others company but at the same time work really hard.
