About the occupants
Hi, I'm Graham. Originally from Sydney but now a true Melbournian chalking up my 5th year in this great town.

I work full-time in the City as a construction project manager/engineer but am also a professional musician, writer and producer, so music and the performing arts play a central role in my life.

I work pretty long hours, so weeknights generally consist of cooking dinner and chilling out with a glass or two of vino, TV, music or a movie in the background. Weekends I start slow (until the coffee kicks in) then it's out to catch up with friends and enjoy everything Melbourne has to offer.

I'm an omnivore and love to cook (especially BBQ's in Summer) . I'm very tidy and like to keep the place very clean. I appreciate and value the importance of being thoughtful, courteous and considerate when sharing a living space with another person, especially when it comes to undue noise and encroaching on one's personal space.

While I'm not looking for a new BFF, I do think it's super important for housemates to have a lot in common, so if you love all types of food and cooking, wine, music (alternative/indie/jazz over doof doof, hip hop and top 40 pop) and appreciate an apartment decorated with original artworks and Victorian era antiques then please say 'hi' and arrange a time to come over for a look.
Compatible people
Responsible, sociable, clean and courteous.
