Description of the home

The area is really safe, lovely and leafy. Tram and trains are 5 min walk. 10 minute walk to Goodwood Rd shops (and great coffee). The pool is 5 minutes away. We're surrounded by parks. There are bike paths at the end of the street that head to the beach and city. Also Wayville farmers market is a 10 minute walk.

The house is a modernised old style cottage. It's been newly carpeted and has AC units in the bedrooms and living area, so it stays cool in summer and warm in winter. It's fully set up so you'll only need things for the room. The outdoor area is a cute courtyard. It's easy to maintain and big enough to grow some herbs and veggies.

The house comes with a bonus spotty dog Pepe, who is quiet, sweet and mostly sleeps all day :)

About the occupants
Sarra: 28, female, originally from Melbourne, here doing a placement at JamFactory in jewellery and metalwork. My main focus is contemporary jewellery and sculpture. I'm generally at the studio 9-5 Monday to Friday but I also work casually in front of house hospitality a few nights a week. I go to yoga, to the pub, to parks. I read, cook at home a lot (vegetarian), listen to various genres of music, watch films (when I have time which is not that often), try to meditate (less than I should), increase my indoor garden, but mostly try and spend time with my dog Pepe. I'm organised, respectful, open and welcoming.

Description of pets
Pepe is a 2yo largish, spotty, super laid back mixed breed dog. He stays inside most of the time and sleeps. You'll have to be okay sharing the couch with him sometimes and he might try and sit on you. But other than that he's great company and if you're home alone you will feel well protected :)
