Home Description

Description of the home

Situated overlooking Victoria Park and with stunning city views, this sensational apartment reveals a remarkable lifestyle opportunity combining first-class easy living and inner-city enjoyment by Yarra trails, cafes, Convent Arts Precinct and trains just a few stops to the MCG and city.
^^Taken directly from the realestate.com.au advert. I've only walked through the place once and it's still occupied by the current tenants, so no early access. I believe they move out April 11th.

Bills and expenses

Internet will be $99 a month split between the two of us, gotta have that sweet, sweet NBN connection. I haven't spent any time in the place yet so no idea about the electricity/water/gas bills, it'll be a surprise for the both of us.

About the occupants
Hey, I'm Sam, bit of a nerd. Love my movies, TV, gaming, listening to music, or just chilling in the sun with a good book. I try to get out for a game of touch or some other form of exercise when I'm not injured. I've also got a weights bench and some weights that are calling out to me, you're welcome to get the ball rolling on that front if you're so inclined.

I'm all for having a beer and a yarn after work but am also happy to chill in my own space if your more of a quite type. I myself have been know to disappear for an entire week if a new game I've been chasing drops. If you like board games that's a bonus, because board games rock. I usually get out every couple of weeks for some games with friends, we're always looking to drag more people into the fold.

If I'm going to be totally honest, I'm a shocker in the kitchen. I can make a mean bacon & egg pie and some pretty amazing hand made burger patties, but that's the lot. So you'll mostly have the kitchen to yourself if your a whiz in the cooking department. I should also mention my horrific memory, like a sieve, a poorly made sieve at best. So you'd need to be OK with me asking the same question a few times before the answer gets into my thick skull.

If you're not sold yet and looking for that little bit extra, I work in IT, so if you're having any trouble with gadgets or the like, I can probably sort that out for you. Oh, and I'm a kiwi, so that's a bonus too.
Compatible people
I'm pretty open minded and relaxed so I'm sure well get along no matter what you're in to. Looking to live with people I can chat with but also can have my own time because we all need that.

The biggest caveat is that the Bond is $3120 which we need to split, super savage, I know. But you've gotta be up to split that beast.
