This house boasts four spacious bedrooms that have queen size beds, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, living area with air-conditioning, large paved courtyard and two carports.

The house has been refurbished recently and completely cleaned up. Suitable for people who likes to live in clean environment with clean and tidy people.

The 3 shared bathroom rooms are available from 3 Jun 2019. The ensuite room (Room 1) is available.

Some bills are inclusive in the rent. The bills that are inclusive in the rent should be able to cover the weekly usage unless lots of wastage amongst the lodgers.

I'm Jacqueline, the owner of the property. I don't live in the house. There are currently 3 tenants in the house and they are all student of Curtin University. So far, the inspection shows that they are respectable, clean and tidy students. They mind their own business but they are very friendly.
