Good sized room (3.5 x 3.3 mts) that currently easily fits a Queen sized bed, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. The windows have wooden venetians that let in lots of light and can be closed to shut it all off. The room also has a 3 door wardrobe. The main bathroom will be shared by the occupant and Rob. Hi, our home is perfectly placed near all the hustle and bustle of the city and Chapel Street but far enough away that if all you want is peace and quiet then you've got it! We have 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment sadly being vacated this coming weekend. The apartment is large and bright with a big living room looking onto the back terrace. A good kitchen with double door fridge, dishwasher and plenty of pantry space. The apartment boasts 2.5 bathrooms, 1 in the ensuite to the main, one large bathroom shared by two with a shower and bath and double basin, and a third with a toilet.

The Armadale train station is a 5 min walk or 4 if you're in a hurry, and there are tram stops virtually at your front door so public transport is never an issue here. The apartment is one of only 9 in the building, which is filled with quiet neighbours. Malvern Central shopping centre is a 10 min walk down the road and all the best cafe's are only a stones throw away.

Bills and expenses

Currently bills are split evenly with internet being $20 per month and all other bills split evenly 3 ways, usually around $150ish a quarter. We don't pay for gas.

Hi, I'm Jesse. I'm 32 years old and work full-time in the city. I am mostly Monday-Friday 8-4 but occasionally I'll work in the afternoon or on the weekend. When I'm not at work I enjoy relaxing at home, whether that be chatting with the housemates, strumming the guitar, a netflix binge session ect. I'm an avid Melbourne Demons supporter although I'd rather not be at the moment. I also play poker and would some day like to play professionally full-time and give up the 8-4 grind :)

Rob is 31 and works in IT. Rob loves his music and playing guitar and having a skate on the weekends when the sun is out. Rob loves his Richmond Tigers and goes to the footy with mates when he gets the chance.

We are both pretty easy going and friendly guys, have lived with both male and female housemates in the last 3 years and open to having a chat or drink with anyone. Also happy to leave you be and chill out on your own.
