With just a 4 minute walk to the Adelaide Showgrounds (where plenty of buses run regularly) and also just a 7 minute walk to the Tram stop, our flat is extremely convenient for anyone that has to get to the City!

The flat is located in Wayville (quiet and peaceful suburb). It is just a 2 minute walk to a supermarket and 5 minutes to a petrol station that has a 24/7 Subway.

The bathroom, kitchen and floors had been recently refurbished before moving in months ago and our neighbours have been nothing but kind and helpful (especially if you're new to Adelaide).

The flat is 2B, 1B (shared) and 1 garaged parking space. The apartment also comes with a washer, a fridge, microwave, oven and air conditioning/ heating.

There is also plenty of on-street parking if needed. As my flatmate does not own a car, the parking spot will be yours should you move in.

The room available is quite spacious and comes with a built-in wardrobe. I have included my bed and the inside of my wardrobe to really show how much available space you will have. It easily fits a double bed and has plenty of storage space.

With the amazing convenience to Uni/ work, we highly recommend this flat to any students or full time workers!

Please note that the room will be completely unfurnished when I move out. Room will be available by the 25th of August 2019.
