The room is 4.2m x 4.6m (BED 3 on the floorplan) and has an amazing mirrored wardrobe with a private balcony off the side. There's a bathroom right next door and you don't need to stress about bathroom wait times as the house has 3 toilets and 2 showers :) We also have parking.
The house is a 4 bedroom terrace flat smack bang between Erskineville and Redfern. Everything is split over 3 levels with living downstairs and sleeping upstairs. Every room has ducted air conditioning, the bathrooms are new this year and there is an outdoor patio. The house is big so you never feel like you're living in each other's pockets. The housemates are also super chill. If you want to have some friends over for a drink? Go for it. If you want quiet time alone in your room with Netflix? No worries at all. Pretty much anything goes here and you can have as much or as little space as you want. There's currently 2 girls and 2 guys here but we're not too fussed on which you are. As long as you're nice you are good to go!
The house a 10-minute walk to Redfern Station through the Technology Park or a 8-minute walk to Erskineville Station. It's a beautiful, leafy area that is close to everything - there's even an old man pub straight across the road - and I've had zero issues commuting to North Sydney for work from here. If you like running, Sydney Park is super close for great tracks and views.
In terms of finance, the room is $285 a week, but we pay monthly around the 21st of the month so that is $1261/month.

Electricity/Gas: Paid as it comes in (but split by 4 so never too bad)
