An awesome large 3 bedroom townhouse in Alphington, with city views. It features a large living area with a joined balcony, a private rooftop over looking the city, polished floor boards in common areas and carpeted bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, dishwasher etc Aircon throughout the house. Netflix, internet, two balcony’s over multiple levels with plenty of space.

We’re are in a great location with the train station about 12 min walk and only 15-20mins to CBD. Surrounded by parklands and walking tracks. A few parking options, on street, garage, and front of property. Dan Murphy’s is a short stroll.

We enjoy some entertaining but definitely not every night or weekend. More just casual here and there.
