The room is currently furnished with a sofa bed. The bedroom is on the smaller size, but would quiet easily fit a double bed and has floor to ceiling wardrobes installed which allows for a lot of storage.

Description of the home
The house is situated in Ascot Park in a small group of 3 units. It's only a few minutes walk to bus stops, train stops and shops, including coles and foodland, and less than a 15 minute bus ride to the city, bay or Marion shopping centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. lovely sized backyard which has just gone under reno is now all paved, has a small shed also. I also have a greyhound by the name of Dash. He spends most of his days sleeping and won’t get in the way at all.
