The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom with a separate bath and shower, a spacious living room with a dining area, a separate kitchen and a balcony with beautiful views. There is an off-street parking space for one car too
The location is amazing! You'll be just a 10 min walk / 5 min bus to Bondi Junction for all shops, gyms and amenities and transport links. Bondi Beach is a 20-25min walk or 5-10 min bus. Cooper Park is less than 5 min walk with tennis courts and is great for a tranquil leafy inner-city bushwalk

This flatshare would be a great match for someone who's relaxed, easy-going and really likes chilling out. This is not a party apartment! Ideally long-term - 2/3 months minimum
