We live in an unfurnished 2 bedroom split-level apartment in a secured building across the road from Alexandria Park, 10 mins walk from Redfern and Green Square train stations and busses to Coogee, Randwick, Bondi Junction and Newtown practically on the doorstep.

Location is great! its is also a 2 min walk to Woolworths supermarket, IGA and Dan Murphy's. Walking distance from Sydney uni and UTS. There's heaps of cafes and fresh bread bakery nearby as well as a cafe in the building with the best coffee! The building is located close to Waterloo cafes and Redfern nightlife.

The bathroom is brilliant with a huge shower that contains a dual shower head on each side. The apartment also has its own internal laundry with a dryer provided.

The kitchen comes with a built in dishwasher and gas stove cooking appliances.

The living area is very spacious and gets the afternoon sun but is also equiped with electric blinds that come down at the push of a button. The living area also has air-conditioning and opens up onto a balcony that is great for entertaining in the summer.

The apartment is in a building that contains a huge shared courtyard, complete with trees, ponds and heaps of seating.

On-street parking is always available and pets are considered on application.

My name is Lumka and I'm a 34 year old woman. Im currently working casually at an open air cinema whilst studying a counselling diploma. I am really friendly, enjoy going to art galleries, walks on the beach or just chilling out at home. I enjoy living in a clean and neat home with people who feel the same. Most evenings my wife and I go for dinner or cook at home.
Rosalie is married to Lumka. She is studying a PHD in public health whilst working in research at UWS. Rosalie is mostly working on her thesis at the moment but on her off days she enjoys taking walks, carving spoons or hanging our with Lumka and enjoying the sights and sounds of Sydney.
We are a super chilled and friendly couple.

We are also looking to live with someone who is respecful of common areas, clean and friendly. Lumka loves cooking and we're always down to share a meal and a drink. Otherwise we are respectful of space and mainly just do our own thing.
