Description of the home
A brand new studio apartment within short walking distance to burleigh heads beach and James st. The studio is attached to a main house where you’ll have your own separate entrance. The studio is equipped with a brand new bathroom, a couch, bed, full closet, air con, smart tv, a small fridge, and a kitchenette. There is a deck that is accessible to you and has views of burleigh lake and in the distance you can see surfers paradise.
There will be a mother, father and 18 year old son living in the main house. We are a very busy family and are not home during the day. We don’t tend to stay up late and we occasionally have friends over on the weekends for special events. We have 2 dogs a friendly staffy and a bitsa.

Bills and expenses
Everything will be included in rental price. There is a cleaner that comes every fortnight. If you would like her to clean your room we can negotiate a price to add on top of the rent.
