Hi – looking for a quiet, keep to yourself mature person, to share @ the other end of the house, in Bullsbrook…….@ $260 per week for rent; prepared to pay fortnightly Plus bills. This includes a fully enclosed patio area your end of the house, x2 DOUBLE rooms and bathroom. I have lived in the house since 2019. Pet considered with Real-estates approval.
30 mins from Midland and Joondalup, 15 mins to Ellenbrook.
Must be prepared to help clean for inspections as TEAM PLAYER – not expect 1 person to do all the work and maintain the property – and prepared to compromise out of respect for each other’s needs. Hoping for a long termer who can be trusted, as I may be doing some FIFO work.
NO – party goers, and NOT someone who expects groups of people to stay over. Due to my employment, I can’t live with someone that has a criminal history/association.
