I'm offering a Large bedroom for your sole use (share separate Lounge room with one other). This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work from home.
You will also have the main bathroom (needs to be kept clean for visitors) to yourself and one other and a double wardrobe in the bedroom. The bedroom would fit a queen bed and a desk. The rooms will come unfurnished (the photos show furniture for perspective). There is a limited amount of storage in the garage.
The main living area will be shared with myself and one other, the living space is clean & tidy and I travel for work often so there are times when you will have the house to yourself.
The house is located in a quiet spot with bushland across the road and is a short walking distance to Ormiston Train Station.
I will only consider non-smokers, persons who are hygienic, tidy & clean up after themselves. Someone who is respectful and who enjoys a quiet and happy home would be a good fit. Preference will be given to those currently working.
