I have a vacant room with an ensuite available for rent. You will be sharing common areas with 2 housemates (chill and they work full time).
The house is furnished, super spacious, and you will have your own fridge. 
The room is suitable for 2 people at $480. It can be single $365.
Bills are not included, yard maintenance is.
The room is generously sized with a built-in wardrobe and features a balcony overlooking park. The room comes with two single mattresses that can be joined to make a queen, you are also welcome to bring your own things.
Also, there is a lot of storage space in the garage.
Motorcycles can be parked on the property and there's ample on street parking for cars (able to apply for permit).
