Hi,

My girlfriend and I are currently looking for a roommate to move into our 3 bedroom townhouse located in Aspendale. See details below:

THE PRICE
Rent is $250 per week excluding bills - gas is included in the rent. Bills are split evenly 3 ways (wifi, water and electricity).

Plus a $1000 bond on commencement of lease.

THE ROOM
Your room would be the master bedroom located on the ground level of the townhouse. With an ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Bedroom comes unfurnished.

This room is large enough for a queen size bed and a desk/couch/tv.

THE LOCATION
Located less than 2 minute walk from Aspendale Station and Aspendale Beach. With easy access to the local set of shops too.

THE HOUSE
The 2 story townhouse is pretty much fully furnished. (Washer & dryer, 2 fridges, BBQ)

Only thing you would need is your own kitchenware and bedroom furniture. No backyard but we do have a balcony. Unfortunately due to the lack of backyard this isn’t a large pet friendly house.

Move in date is ASAP and the initial lease is 3 months long but ideally looking for someone to move in long term.
