Traveling Couples most welcome. Fitzroy is voted as the best place to live in Melbourne and our apartment is perfectly positioned offering the best that Melbourne has to offer. Price includes all Gas and Elec utility bills, unlimited internet, Netflix and Foxtel cable TV bills plus regular Cleaning. Also includes approx $50 each week of basic shared household groceries such as coffee beans, milk and bread, cleaning products plus lots more. The room has a high-quality queen-size bed, Sheridan bed linen and large windows with a 2nd floor view over a quiet street. A recent addition is a matched pair of top quality Bosch washing and drying appliances which make doing the laundry a pleasure. The rental rate is based on a minimum 4 month stay however the room is available for shorter periods such as 2 or 3 months at a higher rate POA. *Please note we no longer have a cat. We are Paul (Australian) and Maribel (originally from Philippines), we have been together for over 13 years.

We require one calendar month rent, $2300 in advance plus security bond of $2300 when you move in. Please note $200 of Bond is kept when you move out for full cleaning. Rent is payable per calendar month in advance. One month notice is requested when you decide to vacate, Please note 4 months is the minimum stay.

You have so much to do in Fitzroy -like ten different markets, live music sessions, cozy restaurants. Our room was on the first floor, so it's separated from the second bedroom. The room is just great! It's a really nice light-filled room with big windows facing the street. Paul is very very friendly. He is a workaholic but still able to organise a nice dinner every now and then. He also made one awesome wine degustation. We had chats about everything and we really enjoyed that. He is open-minded and likes to meet new people. We felt really good in Paul's apartment and if we ever go back to Melbourne we definitely go and knock on his door."
