The house is a cracker, with dining area, decent sized kitchen, living room, and good sized backyard, with decking. The bathroom is on the small side, but has everything you need from a bathroom, including a bath! House is pretty much fully furnished, including a very comfy sofa.

5 mins from Edinburgh Gardens, and the 96 and 11 trams, Piedmonte's, and the bustling little strip of St. Georges road, with a good selection of bars, and restaurants.

You'd be living with myself, Ross, 39 year old Scot living in Melbourne the last 12 years.

I am a wine sales manager, and work from home when I am not on the road slinging grog.

I've been in the house 4 + years, with a private landlord, who is great, any issue that have arisen with the house in this time have been fixed promptly and with minimal fuss.

I like to keep the house tidy, enjoy cooking at home, a couple of beers here and there, walking the dog, and keeping fit.

Also in the house are Doug (the dog) and Wee cat (the cat), pictured.

Doug is an incredibly friendly 2 year old Collie, who loves life, pats, and following you about the house. The Wee Cat is a bit of a shy one, and can usually be found under the sofa chilling away from the dog.

Unfortunately there is no space for another pet in the house.
