We are looking for a new housemate to join our cosy Fitzroy North home - available now. Perfectly located with the tram, a coffee shop, Eddie Gardens and a pub on your doorstep.
The House
A 3 bedroom single storey terrace with spacious bedrooms, lounge room with gas fireplace (& central heating), roomy kitchen, shared bathroom and amazing green courtyard for outdoor dining (& it’s very own stage). There is a second toilet (but doubles as the garden shed so we tend to stick to the main house). The bedroom is relatively spacious and includes a freestanding wardrobe.
Us
You’ll be joining two current housemates in mid - late 30's and a lovable labrador. We are all very friendly and easy-going, live quite social lives but often catch up on the couch for a shared cheese plate / wine / cup of tea. This place is very much a home to us so looking for someone who wants the same.
You
We’re hoping to find another individual in their 30's (possibly late 20's) to join the fold. We are ideally looking for a non-smoking friendly, well travelled and respectful individual working full time, that likes the idea of catching up for a chat and a drink but also out and about experiencing all that Melbourne has to offer! We do tend to alternate WFH days so hopefully you are working a mixture of from the office / from home.
Details
Rent is paid monthly and is $1276 (plus bills and internet). You must be happy to have your name on the lease ($400 lease transfer - shared with outgoing tenant) and pay the bond of $1,650.
