The room available comes unfurnished, has a spacious double built in robe, split system heating/cooling as well exclusive use of a large bathroom and plenty of natural light.
NOTE: the furniture seen in photos of the available bedroom are not included. ROOM IS UNFURNISHED

The rest of the house is fully furnished with a large modern open plan living and dining area, equipped with a coffee machine and dish washer. The house also has a washer and dryer, a sunny courtyard and garden as well as plenty of street parking available.

Conveniently located within walking distance to Highett train station as well as buses, restaurants and supermarkets. Southland Shopping Centre and Hampton Beach are only minutes away!

Also residing at the property is my Cavoodle, Louis and myself. I work full time and generally keep to myself during my down time at home. I am easy going, clean, respectful and mature when I need to be :)
