Hi all I have a cute house with a room for board.
It is an old house with lots of character, but is clean and I keep it looked after.
The house is furnished retro and includes TV, gas (cooking, heater and hot-water) fridge and washing machine.
There is one toilet, shower and bath in the bathroom, kitchen and dining room, shed for some storage.
It has a very large beautiful peaceful garden with 17 fruit trees and large vegetable garden.
Parking is on the street no permits are required!
The house is in a very quite neighbourhood, near the Preston train station and Preston Market.
1 minute walk to tram 86 on Plenty Road.
10 minutes on this tram 86 you will be at Latrobe University, 20 minutes you will be at RMIT in Bundoora.
40 minutes in the opposite direction this tram 86 will take you to the city centre.
2 major bus routes are very close to the house and the Preston Train Station in 10 minute walk away
