Room available for 3 months - from the beginning of July!

The space for rent includes the front, large main room on the bottom floor with access to the front door and front (patio hammock inclusive) and street views!

The building is a beautiful 3 story terrace house with a back patio and plenty of space for bikes, an outdoor setting and access to the back alleyway (a shortcut to our awesome local cafe Parklane Cafe) and a small front deck complete with hammock. All bedroom and office furniture is included and the entire house is furnished.

Rent is paid monthly and you will be required to post a month's bond as security for the furnished room, which will be held and returned to the renter before the end of rental period. Bills + internet and household goods are included in the rent.

Located on Napier Street in a GREAT location:
- right next to Clarendon St.
- 5 mins walk to Albert Park, Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (and GYM), various football fields/clubs, full Golf Course, driving range, 5k fun run Albert Park, indoor futsal and volleyball centre, basketball courts, garlic football clubs etc.
- Botanic Gardens within 10 mins
- 2 mins walk from number 12 & 1 tram straight to the city within 10 mins or Snt. Kilda + beach in the opposite direction
- 10 mins from the famous South Melbourne Markets
- local supermarkets, DFO, City Centre within 4km's, the absolute DREAM!

It's not a party house, with 4 of us in total, we are considerate of one another and enjoy having friends over for dinner & drinks. Everyone is always welcome and invited to join in if they want!

Bills and expenses

Bills are included in your rental costs. House cleaning is done fortnightly rotation of roomates, because we're all pretty clean, it doesn't need to be done more often!
