Looking for a single housemate in the Westmeadows/Broadmeadows area. This is a three bedroom two bathroom home with a two car garage and plenty of parking. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful backyard and a large rumpus room. This is a smoke-free and pet free home. House is NOT FURNISHED.
Looking for someone to move in any where from mid to late June. As I will be moving into the home Late June. Landlord is asking for 450 week so we shall split that rent. Bills are not included and would be split.
