One room available in a fantastic 2 bedroom flat super close to buses/light rail on a leafy street in Lilyfield (only about 15mins to the cbd). I've been here for 2.5 years now and I absolutely love it.
Callan park is just up the road, there's plenty of pubs and cafes nearby, and of course the apartment itself is in great condition. Your new room will be spacious and comfortable, with a window that lets in plenty of natural light.
There's plenty of furniture, although if you have more commitment to interior design than I do I would welcome some additions.

I'm 22, studying at Sydney uni (completing an honours year in English), and working in a nearby school as well. I've been living mostly in Sydney for the past 3.5 years, but I grew up in the Southern Highlands and South Coast.
In my spare time I like surfing, reading, and playing music. When I'm at home I tend to enjoy some me-time, but I'm of course looking to be friends with whoever moves in with me. I'm always up for a chat, a drink on the balcony, or to watch some tv together.
I like having a quiet home that feels like a bit of an escape, so probably not the place for parties/kick-ons. But I'd want anyone I live with to feel welcome to bring over a friend or two to hang out :)
