Description of the home

Partially furnished room to rent SHORT TERM ( 3 months) initially with high posibility to extend long term. We want to make sure that we all feel comfortable living together before we commit to a long term lease. The appartment is at a great location 1 street away from Maroubra beach and features a cosy living room and a shared garden.

The appartment is
1 min walk to Maroubra beach, cafes and restaurants.
5 min walk to coastal tracks including Malabar Headland National Park.
Bus stop to the city right outside (2 min).
Beautiful, quiet, safe and friendly area with lovely neighbours.

The apparment is colourful, homely and cosy and is fully furnished and comes with everything you need in a home . Would suit someone with not a lot of stuff. The house is shared with my partner Bodhi (33), me (28) and The Floofy Grumpeloons (cat, 16). Be aware that our seniour fluffy ginger housemate is a real ginger, she can get loud. She is rediculously adorable, friendly and relaxed during the day and mostly sleeps but she loves to wake everyone up at 6 am, I guess we all get up quite early in this house!

I am a 28 year old yoga/pilates teacher and I'm finishing my bachelor in psychotherapy in a few months. I work early mornings and evenings and I'm more at home during the day.
Bodhi (my partner) works from home moslty and he also offers reiki, he's a gene-key facilitator and is finishing his meditation teacher training.

Bodhi and I are both home a lot during the daytime while we work/study. We would both love to have someone in the house with similair interest and maybe have chats/dinners together but also look for someone who can entertain themselves/ has found their ways in the area.
We're both not cleanfreaks and understand a house is for living but we do look for someone who will put in their fair share in keeping the house tidy and clean. We both dont eat meat and would prefer to live with someone who doesnt cook meat in the house.
