Self-contained top storey of 2-storey home in Gladesville. Three large bedrooms, large lounge room, kitchen with eat-in dining area, bathroom with bath and huge shower. Shared laundry on the lower level of house. All rooms (except bathroom) have a ceiling fan. Large back balcony leading from the lounge room with great views of Homebush Bay. Also smaller front balcony with street views. There is unmetered street parking.

The house is mostly furnished, but there is room for more furniture. The bedrooms have wardrobes, but no bed. Bills (including electricity, water, unlimited internet and lawn maintenance) are an extra $25 per week per person.

The location of this house is fantastic. It's a 5-minute walk to Gladesville shops/restaurants/buses, 10-minute walk to the Ryde Aquatic Centre, and a 15-minute drive to the CBD.

Hi! My name is Kate and I work as a lecturer at Macquarie University. I am 38 years old. I work from approximately 8am until 4pm on weekdays, and work from home on the odd occasion. I live downstairs at the property and sub-let the upstairs level where the rooms are available.
