No murders, no haunted homes - those are literally my only two requirements. That's how chill I am.
I don't think a flatmate needs to be anything other than just respectful of privacy and responsive to basic courtesy. You can be a little messy, just not over the top; be curious, without being nosy; and have a few get-togethers, without being a party animal. I'm fine with most of it.
...but if I come home and a bunch of ouija boards flying around the room and shit, I'm f***ing done.

- If I've come home with dinner after being a bro by explicitly ringing you to ask if you want me to get you something and you said "no" and I said "are you sure" and you said "yes", and now you're asking for some the moment I take it out the bag? No, I'm yeeting you off the balcony...
But srs, general rule of mine is you replace what you consume. If you have a few wines and 'accidentally' demolish a tray of my Tim-Tams, that's fine - I totally get it. Just show good character by replacing it down the road lol
