About this person
Full-time (and kinda boring-as-hell) working professional who enjoys evening runs, macabre senses of humour and generally keeps to themselves. Largely because my jokes are super lame...
Essential non-neg stuff you're looking for out of the way:
- I'm financially stable,
- Reliable & dependable,
- Clean up after myself, and
- Respect other people's privacy.
Pretty normal stuff, I know - but I also somehow manage to trip over flat surfaces. Which isn't.
I love movies, I hate slow walkers, and am guilty of watching docos just to feel less dumberer after. My only pet peeve is finding sewing equipment in blue metal biscuit tins... c'mon people.
But seriously - I'm friendly, low-resistance, and really easy-going. I haven't had a difficult moment with one of my (many, many) former roommates and like to think it's because of my social awareness and open-mindedness towards others.
-----------------------------------------------
I have to leave my current flatshare due to my landlord's relationship status. His new girlfriend would like to move in, so I'm getting the boot 3 months into a signed 12 month agreement. Deadline is a sharp 21st September.

Compatible people
No murders, no haunted homes. Those are literally my only two requirements.
I don't think a flatmate needs to be anything other than just respectful of privacy and responsive to basic courtesy. You can be a little messy, just not over the top; be curious, without being nosy; and have a few get-togethers, without being a party animal. I'm fine with most of it :)
But if I come home to a bunch of ouija boards flying around the room and nuns running down the hallways and shit, I'm f***ing done. I'm out ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Food sharing and furniture
"Do I like to share food?"
- If it's from the pantry? Yes
- If I'm about to cook something and you'd like some? Of course!
But if I've come home with dinner after being a bro and ringing you to ask if you want something, and you said "no, don't get me anything", but are now asking for
a pinch of my fries after I come home with a burger, nah, we're throwing hands
Jk, but general rule of mine is you replace what you consume. If you have a few chardonnays and 'accidentally' demolish a tray of my Tim-Tams, that's fine I totally get it lol. Just show good character by replacing it down the road sometime pls.
