The house is an unattached 3x1x1 Villa sharing only a dual carport. There is one very large room and two small rooms. It has air conditioning and heating, a front courtyard and a small paved rear area with a small garden. There’s plenty of room for parking. It’s an easy walk to the beach, there’s a coffee shop/cafe a minute walk away. Nice quiet area; neighbours give us no trouble. Dog parks in every direction. Good size lounge and living area with room for your furniture. Think of it as a house share than just a room. I have the basics fridge washer tv ect but I’m happy to discuss what ever you would like to bring.
