The house is an unattached unit sharing only a dual carport. Three bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower and bathtub with a seperate toilet. It’s in a great location close to the beach which is an easy walk, there’s a coffee shop/cafe a minute walk away. Nice quiet area; neighbours give us no trouble. Dog parks in every direction. Good size lounge and living area with room for your sofa ect. Think of it as a house share than just a room. I have the basics fridge washer tv ect but I’m happy to discuss what ever you would like to bring.
