What makes this property stand out?

First and foremost, this house is conveniently located next to popular restaurants Nando's and Zambrero, guaranteeing you a variety of tasty meal options. With a great selection on Uber Eats, culinary adventures are just a few clicks away. One of the standout features is that you'll have your own room, bathroom and toilet (not an ensuite, however), ensuring privacy and convenience.

Need a quiet space to focus? No problem! The third bedroom is utilised as a study where you can get your work done without any distractions. In terms of furnishings, I recently went all out and have a bunch of new furniture on the way!

This space is easy to keep in tip-top shape, giving you more time to enjoy the finer things in life.

In terms of storage, there’s a double garage. If you want to keep a bunch of stuff and don’t mind parking on the driveway directly outside the garage (but not on the street), half the garage can be used for storage instead of for your vehicle. Also, there’s a spare cupboard in the study that is currently unused.

The study is 2900mm squared and is already furnished. The room you’ll have is 2350mm x 3200mm (or 3800mm including the built-in wardrobe). It can fit a queen-size bed, but a double bed may work better. I do have a spare queen bed that you can use. Otherwise, you can bring your own :)

Getting to the city via car is just 10 minutes. Public transport is also quite convenient. It is a ten-minute walk to a bus stop that has buses running every 5 minutes. It is then a ten-minute bus ride to the city (so it will take you about 25 - 30 minutes in total).
Scarborough Beach is also just a 10-minute drive away :)

Bills to be divided in two, between landlord and roommate.

For example, internet is currently $60/month, and so would be $30 each :) Water, electricity and gas will also be divided the same way.
