What makes this property stand out? You’ll enjoy ample personal space, including your own bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet. While not an ensuite, the bathroom will be exclusively for your use.
The house, aside from your room and a second bedroom, is fully furnished.
Your bedroom measures approximately 2350mm by 3200mm, or 3800mm including the built-in wardrobe. A queen-size bed fits comfortably, although a double may leave a bit more room. The room is unfurnished except for a bed frame and mattress, but you're welcome to bring your own to set it up as you like. It also features its own split-system air conditioner.
You’ll also have exclusive access to a second bedroom, roughly 2900mm by 2900mm. Currently unused, it can serve as a study, home office, dressing room, extra storage, or whatever suits your needs. There is a large empty chest of drawers for your use, but the room is otherwise unfurnished.
Off-street parking is available up the driveway. Being the last unit in the complex, the parking area is private and tucked away from street view.
Half of the garage is configured as a home gym, which you’re welcome to use. I usually claim the cross-trainer in the mornings, though!
The property requires minimal maintenance, with no gardening needed.
Located about a 10-minute drive to Perth CBD and roughly 10 minutes to Scarborough Beach, it offers convenient public transport-about a 10-minute walk to the bus stop with frequent services into the city. The total trip typically takes around 25-30 minutes.
A vegetarian or vegan housemate would be preferred, as that would fit in nicely with the household, although the most important thing is finding someone who is respectful, clean and easy to live with.
Overall, it would suit someone who likes having their own space and privacy, while still enjoying the benefits of sharing a home.

Bills to be divided in two, between landlord and roommate.
For example, internet is currently $60/month, and so would be $30 each :) Water, electricity and gas will also be divided the same way.

I'm looking to share my home with just one other person, so it'll be a pretty relaxed household.
Ideally, I'd love to find someone who's kind, friendly, easy to get along with and happy to have a good chat or laugh now and then. At the same time, I really value having a peaceful home where we can both unwind, enjoy our own space and recharge.
It would be a bonus if you're vegetarian or vegan, but it's definitely not a deal breaker!
Ultimately, I'm just hoping to find someone who's a good fit, where sharing a home feels easy, comfortable and enjoyable for both of us.
