Mount Martha

Description of the home

We have an amazing property, up a dirt road surrounded by garden it has 4 bedrooms with a large deck and spa at the rear and a large front deck with stunning views of the bay and city. We are 5 minutes drive to Mt Martha Village and beautiful beaches.

The available studio is a massive bedroom in it’s own wing of the house separated by the kitchen. It is carpeted and comes with a reverse cycle air conditioner/heater, queen bed, large wardrobe with drawers, a desk and a comfy leather couch. You would have your own bathroom with shower/toilet and the shared laundry facilities.

The main kitchen & lounge room has with a large smart TV, couch and dinning area. The kitchen has a gas cook top, dishwasher, fridge and appliances, dishes/cutlery, etc. The backyard has another large deck and the spa, with a BBQ for use.

I’m looking for a friendly, reliable, easy going and respectful housemate who is clean and tidy. Ideally a ‘cat person’ as we have two very friendly cats we adore.

I’m Leah I have a business in the city, I usually go in a couple of times a week otherwise work from home, my partner is a labourer who works all over. I have an 11 year old son and we have 2 cats! We absolutely love life on the Peninusla!

Caramel is a Tortoiseshell, Midnight Angel is a black long hair. Both are super affectionate, they are indoor and outdoor cats.

Would like someone who’s kind, good with kids, animals and people in general! Someone who is also relaxed and likes to socialise sometimes :)
