I'm in talks with the owner to rent this property and am seeking expressions of interest from people who might be interested in moving in and what sort of budget you had in mind TO RENT ROOMS. It's a basically two houses, a 3x1 downstairs and a 5x2 upstairs, so overall a 8x3 with two kitchens, one upstairs and one down. All rooms have air conditioners and lockable doors, and there's a big fully enclosed yard, heaps of storage space, and right near a bus stop for easy public transport. Close to the beach and with pretty decent views. The property is due for a massive clean (old tenant still in residence) and some renovations so definately isn't looking its best atm so unfortunately they are outdated. It's definately eclectic but I think it's got massive potential - but could do with a lick of paint and maybe some new carpet 😅. But the advantage is, if you're interested, you'll get a say in how I set the house up and what work gets done, and because I can't afford to have such a big house vacant for long, I'm willing to discuss low low prices 🤣. All rooms can be fully furnished to your requirements and I'm open to what gets done in the common areas. Pets considered and all bills will be included in any price discussions. The bus leaves from here to Warnbro Station, where you can go all the way to Perth if you work in the city. It is 10 - 15 mins to the beach, Point Peron. 5 mins from the Freeway, on Safety Bay Rd exit. It is 40 mins to the city off-peak up the freeway and 50-60 mins in rush hour (if there are no accidents on the freeway). Major shopping area is just around the corner. The house is fully furnished, and bedroom has a double bed and mattress in it. There is garage parking for 1 small car that I am happy to share, otherwise it is street parking, or parking behind the house on the alley that our garage joins on to. The house comes with a very special cat so you need to like cats. There is one room currently available. We are looking for someone who is friendly, happy to have a chat in the evening, happy to share the occasional meal, will do their share of the household cleaning, and are moderate drinkers (and never sad or angry drunks). We are also looking for people who can just talk about things with no drama if they have a concern about something. If you are a parent, sorry, please know I am looking for people who are not having their children sleepover when they have access (there is no spare room).
