My partner and I are relocating from NZ, We hope to be in Melbourne from the 1st of August via Sydney after my brothers wedding!

Important personal qualities
We have just ended our lease on our flat after 5 years, lived with 4 other men. We had good chemistry so we kept the house clean and tidy, jobs were done on a need to basis without anyone having to ask. We would have an occasional dinner/drinks together but respected each others boundaries and different hobbies, a lot of the time we would each be in our rooms and catch each other in the hallways/lounge.

Prefer to arrange our own food, makes things easier. No furniture so hopefully semi-furnished room would be a plus.
