The apartment is perfectly situated across the road from the old Kingston shops and the bus stop. It's close to the Parliamentary triangle, Manuka, Kingston Foreshore, Jerrabomberra wetlands and only 5kms from civic.

The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with excellent separation between the two sleeping areas. The apartment is fully furnished and styled with a resort type feel. There are two secure underground car parks and plenty of cupboards and storage within the apartment.
You will be sharing with one other person, female in her late 20s, however, she is hardly there because she lives in Sydney and only visits Canberra on a semi regular basis for work. You will basically have this place to yourself for the price of your room.
I am interested in someone who is also able to water the plants in the courtyard - hose provided.
