Amazing location!
Walk 2 minutes to Florida Gardens tram stop and bus stop, a few minutes to the large park and riverside, and also 5 minutes to the beach; with all of these offers, the unit building is still situated in a quiet block that is just behind the Goldcoast highway :) Very close to the Pacific Fair, the casino, shops, etc.
The washing machine, fridge, microwave, rugs and most of the stuff in the place are brand new. I bought them to move into this place just 1 year ago. The room is double size and has a large wardrobe and windows. It is fully furnished with a single bed, a desk and a chair.
You will have your own secured underground car park with a remote control if you have a car, and the spot is exclusively for my unit.
I accept FEMALES only, and the room is for ONE person.
The minimum stay is 6 months.
The moving-out notice is 4 weeks.

I work at the Casino and study full-time at uni for my master's. I also teach Koran and English online at home a couple of times a week.
I'd have a friendly chat when I get along with my roommate. But also, I respect each other's space, so you won't be disturbed when you'd like to have quiet time or your own space.
I am a clean freak, you will find me vacuuming around the house all the time. So my roommate needs to respect house rules to keep the place clean and tidy. I believe a clean home is essential for a peaceful and healthy lifestyle. I hope my future roommate is thoughtful enough to be respectful about sharing a place and know how to clean the house around.
My dog, a 6-year-old Maltipoo girl, is a tiny cute little doggo. Perfectly house trained, gentle, affectionate, and quiet, of course very clean and never shed hair at all. I take her out to the park every day, and she always goes outside to toilet. She loves people so much, so if you’re a dog lover, she will become your lap dog right away :D
