Other information
This bedroom has thick walls assuring good privacy. It is the largest bedroom of the three in the house, and situated right at the back, with minimal noise. The windows are large, lockable and provide a birds-eye view of the yard, with stunning birch and palm trees. The room features high ceilings and polished floorboards, easy to keep clean. The bed is a cool model with LED lighting, and an old but super comfortable mattress. A large modern desk and office chair is available, plus a rug, heater, fan and bedside table. The room would particularly suit a student (subject to landlord approval). If desired, the occupant could borrow a mini sound system.

We are in the process of moving furniture, so please understand that the current photos simply show the bare room. It will be furnished when fully available (and photos will be updated).

About occupants
I am CJ. I have several music business-related jobs. I work at odd hours due to the nature of this industry. I often get home late at night. I am a friendly, creative and cheerful person who enjoys social interaction but not clubbing/sport/getting drunk. I love reading books, particularly about scientific theory and practice, watching the occasional videos, science fiction movies, making things and songwriting. I am generally pretty quiet unless I am singing.

I appreciate intelligent conversation and genuine interactions. I've always been a tomboy and it doesn't look like that will be changing anytime soon. I think it is important that housemates interact in a friendly, considerate and respectful manner, and also give each other space and privacy when needed. We all need downtime.

There is also a quiet male housemate at the property but this website makes it difficult to add in extra occupants.
Compatible people
I am looking for a mature person (of any age) with a sensible outlook, who is reliable, communicative and respectful. I enjoy a peaceful, happy and harmonious environment. It is essential that any applicant is happy to help keep the house clean through our weekly roster system. An international student with a studious outlook would be very suitable and I'm sure that they would appreciate the serene atmosphere, in return. I particularly welcome creative individuals and people who love music. Whilst I keep odd hours, I am always respectful of my housemates and quiet late at night. This is a home, not just another sharehouse, with a happy, friendly and relaxed family atmosphere.
Description of pets
The property has a permit for pet cats, who are already at the property. Any prospective tenant must treat the animals with kindness. The cats are de-sexed, very clean, affectionate and are cared for properly. They spend most of their time fast asleep and/or looking adorable, as you would expect!
