A new 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that is fully furnished excluding the bedroom and small living/study available for rent.
The bedroom for rent has a BIR and there is also a large linen cupboard outside the room in the hallway.
The room for rent is close to the main bathroom which will be shared only with visitors/guests
I use one of the other bedrooms as an office and the other is a guest room.
There is some storage space available in the garage and off street parking.
There is solar panels on the roof so bills are low. Recently installed security cameras for peace of mind.
I have a small/medium dog called Benji so looking to find someone who loves animals or has lived with pets before :)

I work fulltime as an Architectural Draftsman mainly in the office but may also have a day here or there working from home
I enjoy going on hikes and the outdoors and cheeky Friday beer. I'm a social person but as I have just relocated I don't know many people up here so hoping to make fiends and meet others!
I am a very clean and tidy person and take pride in my home.
Very easy to get along with, sociable, friendly, open minded, love animals, getting outdoors and just having a positive, relaxed energy at home.
