Hey guys, my housemate, greyhound and I need to move out of our gorgeous town house in airport west ASAP.
Whats up for grabs? Well, since you've asked I'll spill the tea.
The townhouse is two storey with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living/dining, a spacious kitchen, a courtyard and a garage. It is located close to McNamara Reserve so if you have a pet it is a perfect fit! Each room is equiped with large windows and a split system A/C unit. There is also nbn to the premises.
I'd recommend someone that drives or rides as parking is not a problem and public transport isn't within walking distance. It does however give one a great excuse to be a little more active along McNamara reserve. The landlords are happy for pets on premises.
There is currently 10 months left on the lease at $2107pcm. Bond is $2900.
