Bills and expenses

I am a professional male in my late 30’s who currently has a 24y/o female housemate who both live in the upstairs bedrooms. We are friendly, open and neat individuals looking for someone similar to rent the lower floor self contained bedroom that opens up the the large backyard and pool.

Internet is included and we share all bills and general cleaning. We have a massive gym that is available for use and speed boat that you are welcome to come out on in the warmer months.
